Upcoming Aviary builds only contain security related fixes and won't be fixed on
that issue. You need at least a mozilla1.8 nightly build.

I repeated the tests with different modal dialogs with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050712 Firefox/1.0+ and also can't see
the issue on Windows. Linux and Windows builds seems to work now like some
others told within the last comments. Anyone who could test it on Mac OS? If it
doesn't occur on this platform we could mark this bug as WFM?
