Comment 240 for bug 19250

I'm marking this bug fixed and moving it to the product that existed at the time it was filed. The "real" core fix will happen in bug 322270, but I've more fully taken care of the issue in the UI side for SeaMonkey, and Firefox has had the interim patch for ages, which gets rid of the black bars. Given the names in the cc list on that bug, I'm satisfied that it is a legitimately useful bug where work can be done. As far as I can tell, keeping this open doesn't serve any further purpose. I will file a followup bug on some cleanup for trunk.
