Hi clovepower. Confirming your own bugs defeats the point of the system, and I don't see anyone else who has confirmed that the options were at one point editable and now are not. Others have confirmed that the update options are disabled but that is by design. I will mark back to New until someone else can confirm this behavior and update the title appropriately.
