It also seems inconsistent to me that:
 - if I right-click a link on a page, the accelerator key for "Open Link in New Tab" is "T"
 - if I right-click a link in Bookmarks, the accelerator key for "Open in New Tab" is "W"
 - If I right-click a link on a page, the accelerator key for "Open Link in New Window" is "W"

Let us not forget that some people must or prefer to spend more time with the keyboard and less with the mouse, and consistency in such things is important.
