Comment 3 for bug 66566

This simply says Ctrl+Enter is used to open a link in a new tab that is selected
with, say, Find as You Type, and that Alt+Enter is used to open a link in a new
tab from the location bar. I don't believe there are any bugs that cover this
specifically, but there are many saying that Ctrl+Enter doesn't work as expected
from the location bar (I don't think this is adequately covered for people
switching to Firefox from Mozilla).

I used Mozilla for a long time and originally hated having to use Alt+Enter on
Firefox, but now that I've gotten used to that, Ctrl+Enter on links that are
selected seems weird--both should use Ctrl, or both should use Alt.
