Firefox extension to exchange Ctrl-Enter and Alt-Enter behaviour in the URL Bar

So, this has bugged me so long that I have written a small extension which just
exchanges the behaviour of Ctrl-Enter and Alt-Enter in the URLBar of Firefox...
I am sure there are better ways to distribute this (and better ways to solve
this), but as of now, I am attaching this extension here, maybe it is just what
some people needed.

Just install it, this will bring back the old mozilla behaviour of opening a
new Tab when pressing Ctrl-Enter in the URL Bar. To not lose any functionality,
this also maps Alt-Enter to the Firefox Auto-Complete feature (i.e. pad the
entered string with www.*.com), I never use this, so I don't know if this is
really wanted.

Uninstalling this extension brings back the default Firefox behaviour.

This was only tested on Firefox 1.0PR

A nice update to this extension would be to have a preference key to switch
this behaviour on and off, but for me, uninstalling is OK.
