As said, I'm using this information to point out to users that they need to update there installed version, that's the best way to keep it safe and to make them learn that they have to do something on their own.

If you run into a malicious site with a drive-by exploit, it won't first check your user-agent string what you patch level is, it will simply try a couple of exploits in the hope that one or more of them will succeed.
