Well, i wanted to report the same Problem. What Information do you need?

The Testcase is simple: Open a Firefox instance. Download a large File and open something like YouTube. So Firefox is running and does something while you change the Desktop Theme.
Apply a new Theme. Firefox will break the running download, might hang or will crash.
