When any Shockwave content is loaded in the current active
frame/window, you cannot use any of the application keyboard functions
such as command -Q or Command-W. Seems like when I did command
Q on some movies, the plugin failed and I could no longer use the movie.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure you have the Shockwave plugin installed
2. go to the url above.
3. play the game for a second
4. using the keyboard commands, try to close the window or quit the
browser

Actual Results: If I hit command - W, nothing happens. If I hit command -
Q, the shockwave movie stops playing and the page has to be reloaded
using the navigator bar button. Even after you click to close the browser
window, you still will not be able to use the keyboard command functions

Expected Results: The movie should be able to play and the application
keyboard commands should not be affected by Shockwave playback.
