  * debian/rules: More fltk-config handling cleanups, now fixing builds
    covering only architecture-independent binary packages.
    - Remove debian/tmp/usr/bin/fltk-config from
      override_dh_auto_install-indep, not just ...-arch.
    - Retire override_dh_install-arch, now superfluous even in full builds.
