During this boot that you collected this information did you have anything plugged into the Type-C port? If so, was it a Thunderbolt device? Do you have any thunderbolt devices that you can connect and see if they work properly?

Can you please check your syslog for anything related to thunderbolt?

This behavior sounds like Thunderbolt was turned of before the NVM version could be read, but your logs don't seem to indicate that.
