fwupd (1.7.1-1ubuntu3) jammy; urgency=medium

  * Disable plugin_logitech_bulkcontroller by default on Ubuntu since there
    protobuf-c is not in main.
  * Change version to be greater than Debian until we can get the last two
    changes in Debian (which is stuck in NEW currently).
