No, 3.1.1 is quite ancient, about 2 years, there have been a number on
non-backwards-compatible changes including to the interpreter
bytecode: it can't run most GAMBAS programs in the wild.
Honestly, if you won't upgrade for trusty IMHO better to leave it out
and have users who need gambas use a PPA, (which is what we constantly
have to tell people to do on the gambas mailinglists anyway after they
discover 3.1.1 won't run their program)
