gdm3 (43.0-1ubuntu2) lunar; urgency=medium

  * d/p/u/start-after-cloudinit.patch
    - Use After=cloud-init.target in the systemd unit to fix an issue on
      the canary image where the locale configuration on the installed
      system is generated by cloud-init. Without it gdm could start before
      the environment is set leading to the wrong language being selected
      on first login.
