  * Merge with Debian, containing new upstream release. Remaining changes:
    + readme.debian: update for correct paths in ubuntu

      - don't override default user/group
      - -dgdm-xsession=true to install upstream xsession script
      - override dh_installinit with --no-start to avoid session being killed

  * debian/patches/gdm-auth-config-debian: Install hook for gdm-config.
    This is distro-specific configuration that gdm allows distro to
    configure so add the debian version for it and install it /usr/libexec
  * debian/patches: Refresh indexes
  * debian/patches: Cherry-pick upstream fixes:
     - manager: Move g-i-s chown to when PAM authentication completed
     - udev rules: Add check for nvidia S0ix suspend
