* New upstream version:
Character Picker
- Fix the build for gucharmap-2
CPU Frequency Applet
- Use PolicyKit (when available) instead of installing the binary suid
- Increase dbus/dbus-glib dependency to 1.1.2/0.74.
Invest Applet
- Add a border to the popup window to make it prettier
- Bring up the preferences window if no stocks are configured
- Bring up a warning if no stock data is available rather than doing nothing
- Make the debugging flag useful
