same bug for me:
ubuntu 21.04
nvidia driver 470
blacklisted nouveau
fractional scale = 125%

desktop is 200% scale, and right and bottom part of desktop is out of monitor.

ubuntu 21.10 have more bug with nvidia driver, so I have to use ubuntu 21.04
