In the meantime, just grab this file from here http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/utopic/gnome-keyring/utopic/view/166/debian/gnome-keyring.conf
(it's the fix) and put it in /usr/share/upstart/sessions/, then restart the session and see if the problem is gone forever.

Still, I'm waiting for the fix to appear in the Trusty repositories (should be trivial to backport).
