Not sure of where to submit this, but it matches this bug so...
As per whoopie's suggestion for package libpam-gnome-keyring.
I have attached a patch for /etc/pam,d/ to make this work properly in gutzy (as in work at all). Briefly tested on my own machine:
- gdm login works, and as per documentation creates a keyring called "login" if it does not exist. This obviously won't match the "default" one that is in the system. Also correctly starts gnome-keyring-daemon
- change password works
Didn't test too much further, but at least my wifi isn't irritating me as much.
