Comment 6 for bug 123045

I have noticed this on firefox upgrades before but stopped seeing it on gutsy after tribe2 this maybe a regression but opening up preferences from the icon than closing this should reset it. I see this more commonly during a firefox upgrade that changes/edits/modifies icon.
