Same problem. But the brightness is "only" changing 3 or 4 times per minute.
If i kill gnome-power-manager, everything goes fine. (except that the power features are no more running).
Restarting gnome-power-manager from the terminal causes the problem to reappear.

I can provide logs if you want. (Tell me what)
