perfect ;)
 i test it under Debian Lenny and Etch worked perfect. but change this line:
Init5 = AT+CGDCONT=1, “IP”, “ac.vodafone.es”
to
Init4 = AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","*APN"

*APN= which apn have your ISP?
