Re-installed SElinux and fixed the SElinux error but still receive an error during gnome-system-monitor startup:

Fontconfig error: "~/.fonts.conf", line 1: XML declaration not well-formed

** ERROR **: Child 6093 failed with status 256
aborting...
Aborted

Have not been able to find a reference to Child 6093 with status 256
