  * debian/doc-base-gnu-privacy-handbook-it: Correct path to
    index-file. (s/book1/index/)

    (s/GPGMiniHowto/index/).  Correct HTML's files glob by just using
    '*.html'.
  * debian/doc-base-gnupg-mini-howto-es: fix filename for text's files and
    HTML's index (s/GPGMiniHowto/gpgminicomo/).  Correct HTML's files glob
    by just using '*.html'.
  * debian/doc-base-gnupg-mini-howto-pt: fix filename for HTML's index
    (s/GPGMiniHowto/gnupg/).  Correct HTML's files glob by just using
    '*.html'.
  * debian/doc-base-gnupg-mini-howto-vn: fix filename for HTML's index
    (s/GPGMiniHowto.html/index.htm/).  Correct HTML's files glob by just
    using '*.htm*'.
