Comment 29 for bug 975931

Chris, since you blacklisted the HD6800 for bug #971204, I'd like your opinion on whether it's reasonable to blacklist the HD6850 as well. If we're going to wind up blacklisting half the radeon systems on the planet due to bugs in the kms driver, we might be better off getting to the bottom of the kms bug, instead of giving radeon users a (working but) degraded boot experience?
