I have this same problem with Hoary (daily installer build 1/22/05 -- Warty does
not exhibit this issue for me). First stage installation goes fine and grub
install seems to proceed successfully with no errors (in fact after the grub
install process, I executed a shell and confirmed that
/target/boot/grub/menu.lst appeared normal). Upon the reboot to the second
stage, grub hangs with "Loading Stage 1.5".
