I've resolved uninstalling fglrx...

sudo sh /usr/share/ati/fglrx-uninstall.sh

then,

sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-ati

rebooting my laptot Vinagre restart to work, and video in fullscreen doesn't jerk!
