  * Create a libgtksourceview-4-tests binary for installed tests
  * Use the new binary for autopkgtests.
  * debian/control.in,
    debian/libgtksourceview-4-0.symbols,
    debian/patches/gitlab_pcre_update.patch:
    - use a proposed upstream backport from gtksourceview5 to use pcre2 and
      fix incompatibilities with the newer glib serie.
