Old ia32-libs contains this lib,

Debian sid:
$ dpkg -L ia32-libs | grep -i xtst
/usr/lib32/libXtst.so.6.1.0
/usr/lib32/libXtst.so.6

and you can build sun-java6 amd64 with pbuilder

Now in Ubuntu 12.04 with multiarch-support you can't add "libxtst6:i386" to Depends and sun-java6 fails to build because of not found libXtst.so.6
