  * New upstream release.
    - Drop the Debian-specific desktop file and replace it with
      upstream's. This will now spawn x3270a to enable automatic
      font scaling. This wrapper script might go away again in the
      future.
    - Add new b3270 package.
    - Fix icon installation.
    - Drop x3270-doc as the documentation is no longer shipped with the
      source.
  * Bump recommended to debhelper compatibility level v13.
