When clicking bookmarks>bookmark this page there should be a confirmation dialog where i can choose where to save it and the name it gets saved as.

In about:config i found
 browser.bookmarks.confirm_sorting default boolean true
this looks like the setting that would cause the confirm dialog box but setting it to true doesnt show it and neither does false.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open website
2.click bookmarks
3.click bookmark this page
Actual Results:
It saves the site in bookmarks without confirming

Expected Results:
Should bring up a confirmation dialog box like firefox does
