ifstat: InterFace STATistics Monitoring

 ifstat is a tool to report network interfaces bandwidth just like
 vmstat/iostat do for other system counters. It can monitor local
 interfaces by polling the kernel counters, or remote hosts
 interfaces using SNMP.
