  * Use «command -v» instead of «which».
  * Switch from /var/run to /run.
  * Switch to declarative alternatives.
  * Add patch from upstream to fix infinite loop causing a stack exhaustion
    induced crash in telnet client due to malicious server commands.
    Closes: #945861
