  * drop ${perl:Depends} dependency
  * import required modules
    File::Path, File::Basename, File::Find, File::Temp, parent and
    Text::ParseWords at build time into
    /usr/share/init-system-helpers/imported
  * append /usr/share/init-system-helpers/imported to @INC so that
    the imported fallback works
  * make Data::Dumper optional (only used for debugging)
