  * Merge from debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Create /var/run/ircd on start/restart rather than relying on the
      directory shipped in the package, since /var/run may be a tmpfs
      (LP: #337715).
    - Prevent conflict with other ircds remove Conflicts: ircd.
      + inspircd and ircd-ratbox are the only current ircds that
      aren't explicitly conflicted with, and there are no file
      conflicts with those packages. (LP: #375619)
  * Dropped change: (included in debian)
    - SECURITY UPDATE: integer underflow causes local DoS (LP: #518226)
      + debian/patches/03_cve-20094016.patch based on upstream patch
      + CVE 2009-4016
