isc-kea (2.2.0-5ubuntu1) lunar; urgency=medium

  * d/rules: add strict shlibs control file. kea-common ships 22 different
    shared libraries. Since they are written in C++, we ship a strict shlibs
    file instead of maintaining a bloated symbols file.
