I see you are trying to use the Debian repository from packages.debian.org instead of the Ubuntu Universe at archive.ubuntu.com to retrieve java-package. Please correct your Synaptic setting by pointing it to the Ubuntu universe repository (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UniversePackages ).

Furthermore, you can also request for help by using the technical support request tracker instead of filing a bug, so we can help you more readily. :)
