kbedic (4.0-9) unstable; urgency=low

  * Change the kbedic/download template in such a way that the adminstator
    be made aware that:
     - the dictionaries are going to be downloaded in /usr/local;
     - it is administrators responsibility to maintain the files in /usr/local;
     - the download option is privided only for convenience; the script
       will be acting on behalf of the administrator.
    Before asking, the default answer of this question is always reset to
    declining the download.  Thanks to Sam Hocevar, closes: #392504.
  * Move the "db_reset kbedic/download" command from config to postinst.
    Otherwise the question was asked twice.

  * Move the icons from /usr/X11R6/include/X11 to /usr/share/pixmaps.

  * Move the .desktop file from /usr/share/applnk/Office to

  * Do not use icon with reduced number of colors for the Debian menu.
    Register both 16x16 and 32x32 versions of the icon.
