  * Add kubuntu_03_displayconfig_updates.diff with updates from SVN by glatzor
   - Disable dual head support for intel and ati driver
   - Add the MonitorLayout option for Intel in LAYOUT_DUAL too
   - work around for a common crashed in isResolutionSettingsChanged()
   - Add an allowModule and disableModule to the ModuleSection class
   - The driver in the xorg.conf should always override the driver of
     the detected gfx card model
