- drop now obsolete kubuntu_strigi_ram_detection.diff, moved to
nepomuk-core
- add nepomuk-core-dev, libkactivities-dev and kdepimlibs5-dev to
build-depends
- update kde-runtime.install and kde-runtime-data.install
