  * New revision
  * Drop the transitional package ksnapshot (Closes: 939245)
  * New upstream release (19.08.1).
  * Update build-deps and deps with the info from cmake
  * Add a salsa-ci script
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.0.
  * Bump debhelper build-dep and compat to 12.
  * Also drop the gencontrol override for ksnapshot
  * Create a home for the tests
  * Drop kde-l10n and ksnapshot breaks/replaces, fixed versions already in stable
  * Build with hardening bindnow
  * Release to unstable
