There are actually two or more problems.
One is the unclear context of the string 'Leave'
'LogOut' or some such more familiar string would be good.
Another thing is the flow of the level of detail. As the eye and mouse move, it should flow from general to specific.
These and other issues can be identified and fixed by time/motion reviews as well as usability review.
