kdebase-workspace (4:4.3.98-0ubuntu2) lucid; urgency=low

  * Move all but one size of wallpaper to
    kdebase-workspace-wallpapers, we can't afford the space
  * Don't install wallpapers for kdm or ksplash, add links instead
  * Add Ethias theme for KDM, approved by upstream
   - debian/kdm-ethais-theme/ethais.tar.gz.uu
   - build-dep on sharutils
   - Add uudecode, untar and install code in debian/rules
   - Add clean rule in debian/rules
   - Add kubuntu_103_kdm_theme.diff to change default theme
  * Move other KDM themes to kdebase-workspace-wallpapers and update package
    description
  * Make wallpapers from KDM and ksplash be links to main wallpaper, no need to duplicate
  * Add kubuntu_104_kdm_active_vt_plymouth.diff from
    https://bugs.kde.org/206089, "kdm to use active vt when using
    plymouth"
