Unfortunately, the fix for this bug (use the KDE4 version of Dolphin) does not qualify for an SRU. (See: https://wiki.kubuntu.org/StableReleaseUpdates) Furthermore, the KDE4 version of Dolphin is already available to Hardy users. (Install dolphin-kde4)

Even though KDE3 is still supported with Hardy, the KDE3 version of Dolphin is rather unmaintained, and would only see any code changes if a security issue was found with it.
