I tested for some while with the free 'nv'-driver and the bug does not appear. But according to the kde bug-report at least one person is using an intel driver. And I talked to Lonni J Friedman from nvidia-linux-support and he says it is not a nvidia-driver-bug.

So there must be a problem in kde.
