* New production release
* Update V1 docs for Ubuntu changes - lava-server no longer
migrates into Ubuntu and was removed from Xenial.
* Drop heartbeat support
* Prevent scheduler ValueError in reservation
* scheduler: reduce the number of SQL queries
* Expose DISALLOWED_USER_AGENTS to handle search bots
* Add a page for listing Pipeline Devices.
* Add Auth support in REST API for more functions
* Remove device status glyphicons everywhere, since heartbeat is dead.
