The signon-plugin-oauth2-tests package doesn't seem to be used anywhere yet, but it is something that could be useful for other plugin developers to use in their test suites.

Good catch on the libqtwebkit-dev build depends, that is in fact no longer needed, I removed it.

Updated maintainer, and debhelper 9 as well.
