  * Team upload.
  * d/patches/unforce-cxxflags.patch: merge with upstreams flags
    especially "-std=c++11"; and forward this patch to them.
  * d/control: rely on substvars for more dependencies.
  * Silence some false-positive Lintian warnings and errors related to
    the t64 transition.
  * Standards-Version: 4.6.2 (routine-update)
