* Repacking to include source of waf (Closes: #654483)

- Bump build-depends on valac-0.14, and add an alternative to valac
(Closes: #663297)
- Update to Standards-Version: 3.9.3, no change needed.
* debian/copyright:
- Update to official version from dep5.
* debian/watch:
- Mangle dfsg in version.
