libmozilla-publicsuffix-perl 1.0.6-2 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

libmozilla-publicsuffix-perl (1.0.6-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian/rules: revert using effective_tld_names.dat from the
    publicsuffix package at build time.
  * Add patch to use effective_tld_names.dat from the publicsuffix package
    dynamically at runtime instead of baking it into the module once at build
    time. Thanks to Scott Kitterman for the ideas in #1042541.
  * Adjust build, test, and runtime dependencies accordingly.

libmozilla-publicsuffix-perl: Perl interface to the Mozilla Public Suffix List

 Mozilla::PublicSuffix provides a single function that returns the public
 suffix of a domain name by referencing a parsed copy of Mozilla's Public
 Suffix List. From the official website at https://publicsuffix.org/:
 .
 A "public suffix" is one under which Internet users can directly register
 names. Some examples of public suffixes are com, co.uk and pvt.k12.wy.us. The
 Public Suffix List is a list of all known public suffixes.
